Forever

When I saw Sketch #66 at Unscripted Sketches, I got so excited! I'm a dork, I'm aware! So needless to say, I used that sketch right away!

I love how this card looks! It's like the scrapbook layouts with part of the die cut paper on one side, then it looks like it wraps all the way around.. love it!

This is also for Just Us Girls #44, to make a Wedding Card.

Since I didn't have any of those super cute little Jenni Bowlin butterflies, I decided to make my own. For the last 4 months I've been holding my friend Renee's Cricut Cartridge hostage. Ok, maybe not hostage, but it sure feels that way! It's the A Child's Year Cartridge, and I used the Card option where it cuts a card of a butterfly, then just cut them apart. I glued on some beads with Sepia Accents.

I stamped on Vellum with Frost White - Color Box Pigment Ink. I used Inkadinkado's "Sketchy Flourishes" for the stamps. I just randomly placed them and was VERY lucky that I didn't mess up! I mean.. I was very careful and I knew it would turn out perfect............ you can decide which you'd like to believe!! =]

I used a $1 Studio G stamp from Michaels. I've had this forever.. pun intended!! I really have though and I don't think I've ever used it!

If you are a dork for getting exciting about a sketch challenge, then I'm a complete dork too!!! I think there's probably a lot of us out there - perhaps there's a support group :) Girl, you card is FAN-FREAKIN'-TASTIC!!! I don't know what I like the best...um, everything! Great job! Thanks for playing along with the wedding wild card challenge at Just Us Girls!

Great card! Love the flourishes and the way the ribbon is tied. Sort of looks like it might be the back of a wedding dress! Thanks for playing with Just Us Girls!
