Cayden Ann

I got an order to make a little ones 1st Birthday card! The only request was it was to have Tiffany blue on it.

I used Stampin' Up!'s "Crumb Cake" for a base, as I always do!

I stamped it with a foam stamp {they were recently given to me, I'm not sure of the manufacturer} and some white paint. I added the scallop circles and then sprayed the card with Heidi Swapp's new Color Shine in Teal.

I then stamped the Happy Birthday and the 1 and added the "st" from Basic Grey's Micro Monogram Alphabet Stickers. I added chipboard Thickers that are white glitter and the font is Delight.

Welcome Maddox!

This card was made for a girl I've known since I was little.. one of her friends, who has seen my cards,  contacted me and asked if I could make a baby shower card for her newest little one.

I was waiting until the baby shower was over, before I posted this, but he just came into the world a couple days ago, so I think it's time!

She requested teal, grey and white for the card.

I used a sketch I found on Pinterest, which you can find, HERE.

I used My Mind's Eye, Basic Grey & Crate Paper.

I did his name in Thickers, these are called Rockbye in white. I added a little washi tape too!

I stitched around the edges and attached these tiny papers with Tim Holtz's Tiny Attacher.

Favorite Blankie

 HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I hope you and your family a blessed and healthy 2013!

I made this layout for the December Scraplift the Person Before You challenge and the OHH Baby Challenge on Scrapbook.com. I lifted Scrap-Police with her layout called "Vroom". You can see her wonderful layout HERE.

For this layout, I used a picture of my niece using her favorite blankie. She always sleeps with her fingers through it. If she's almost asleep and you lift her blanket so she can put her little fingers through it, she is out immediately right after!

The blue background paper {on top} is called Day Time Digits from My Mind's Eye from their Good Day Sunshine collection. The other side of that paper is a distressed alphabet, which is SO CUTE! The bottom background paper is from KI Memories and is called Vineyard from their Posh collection.

For the title, I used old Heidi Swapp chipboard alphabet and some foam Thickers from American Crafts called Giggles.

I used Mossy Mist Smooch Spray on a arrow chipboard piece from Fancy Pants.

The love tag is from My Mind's Eye.

I'm Tarynne and I'm a name dropper.

The grey and white tag is also from My Mind's Eye. I bought a HUGE bag of tags from My Mind's Eye on a deal a day site. I added the date with a date stamp on Simple Stories Sticker label.

JOURNALING: This is your most favorite blankie! Mommy's friend Lori made it for you before you were born and you took right to it. If someone puts it on their shoulder, you lay your head right down. You won't go to sleep unless your fingers are through the blanket and sometimes you do the same with your toes.

I printed the journaling on an Elle's Studio tag from the pack called Daily Notes.

I added some washi tape to the bottom and finished it off with some Bloomers from Basic Grey from their Sweet Threads collection.

Sweet Baby BOY

{happy thanksgiving}

I made this card using Clean & Simple's #216 Sketch.

I also made it for the November Card Challenge for Technique. This months technique was Raster Screen and you can find it, HERE.

I Pebbles Ink Shimmer Chalk for it so it was subtle.

For the sentiment, I used American Crafts Sunrise & Emerald Thickers.

I sprayed the Sunrise Thickers with Smooch Spritz's Vanilla Shimmer.

This cute little guy is from Autumn Leaves. I finished up the card with some Chocolate Truffle Trendy Twine, a button and some stitching.

Welcome to the world Taylyn

I made this card for one of my best customers! When I say best, I mean anytime she needs a card, I get a text! I love it! She needed a baby shower card for a little one and requested grey & lavender as those are the colors for the baby's shower and nursery!

I used Clean & Simple's Sketch #56 for this card.

I love how simple this card is and the fact that it's non-traditional colors for a baby shower card.

For the background, I used My Mind's Eye "On The Bright Side - Brown Stripe". I still see grey, but whatever! lol.

I also used Pink Paislee's "Daily Junque - News" paper and Studio Calico's "Classic Calico" 6x6 pad.

I embossed a dandelion from Autumn Leave's "Fine & Dandy" Stamp set in white for a subtle look.

The "Welcome to the World" is from an old G Studio stamp that I found at Michael's for $1. And let me tell you, I got my moneys worth out of that one!

The Thickers are by American Crafts - Amy Tangerine called Muse.

I used some lavender ribbon that I had and finished it off with some stitching and a light yellow button.

You Are Fabulous

I went with a picture I took of my 1 year old niece that I took this summer while she was wearing 3D glasses that we got from seeing the movie UP! Here's a picture of my oldest niece wearing them when she was little..

SUCH A HAM!

I made this layout for Scrapbook.com's "Oh Baby! Challenge". You had to make a layout with a baby on it who was younger than 2 years old. The twist this month was to add flowers.

Don't you love the size of that photo? I actually printed it straight from Instagram using an App called "MoPho". You can order prints in 4x4 and 8x8! Like I said, you can choose them directly from Instagram, so even if you don't have the photo in your phone anymore, you can still print it! If you're going to order from there, make sure to look up a promo code first, they usually have one for 10 free prints or free shipping!

I used Simple Stories Sn@p Sticker Labels. I bought 2 packages of them because I LOVE labels! So, you'll be seeing them a lot in the future!

I used October Afternoon's "Mini Markplace Alphabet" Stickers for the title and finished it with a Making Memories Rub-On and some K & Co. stitches Rub-Ons.

I used some American Craft's "Baby Girl" Rub-Ons and My Mind's Eye "On the Bright Side". And one of my favorites.. Pink Paislee's "Junque".

I painted the background with some cream craft paint and sprayed some Tattered Angel's "Chocolate Covered Cherries" Glimmer Mist over it.

Don't you love these flowers? They're actually one BIG Rub-On from Basic Grey's "June Bug" collection. I added some tiny gemstones to the flowers for a little more fabulousness!

I used My Mind's Eye "Love Me" and GCD Studio's "Oh Happy Day".

The label is from Jillibean Soup's "Love The..." Soup Labels.

The last but definitely not least part of my layout is this SUPER CUTE Flair Button! I bought them from Finding Nana. Go check out her Etsy, she has a TON of cute Flair Buttons for sale! I actually found her on Instagram! I bought the Bubble Quote pack (that's used here) and the Noteworthy pack!

Welcome to the world Riley Roy

I made this card for a friend who needed a baby shower card.

I used Sweet Sunday Sketch #171 for this card. If you've been following me a while, you know that I LOVE Karen Giron's sketches!

This cute chipboard elephant is from My Mind's Eye "Alphabet Soup". I made a bow in her hair using Trendy Twine's "Posy". I added some Glossy Accents on the eye and the toes!

I used GCD Studio's "Oh Happy Day" and American Craft's Amy Tangerine's "Prime Time". The stamp is from an old G Studios mini stamp set that I got years ago. The rub ons (under the rhinestones) are from October Afternoon's "5 & Dime". Last but not least, the Thickers are called Delight!

My stitching got a little too close to the edges for my liking! But, it happens!

I used Bo Bunny's "Basic Dot - Blush" for the background. I stamped Glitz's "Distressing" Image and embossed it in clear. But, I only did that AFTER I spilled a good amount of embossing powder all over me!

Glamorous Baby!

I made this card using Clean & Simple #214 Sketch.

I got an order for a baby shower card where the Mom is a makeup artist. I scoured Google and couldn't find any sentiments that had to do with both things! So, I came up with my own. I started with words that had to do with make up and went from there.

I used Basic Grey's Pink Pearl Flourishes and K & Companies Grand Adhesions. Not sure on the line but I will post it when I get home!

I made my own little makeup tray with silver cardstock and craft wire.

I also made the little makeup brush from a skewer that I painted black. I made bristles from the twine that I took apart. I added some pink rhinestones around the bristles and some Pebble's Inc. Glimmer Chalk on the bristles so it would look it was used for blush!

It turns out I can't spell definitely! Luckily, I had time to fix the card  I printed the sentiment on vellum and stitched around the edges. I was glad it went smoothly cause it doesn't always when you're stitching on velum and closing the stitch. Sometimes it will scrunch up at the last spot.

I stamped the base of the card with My Mind's Eye's "Everyday Fun" Stamps.

The Thickers are foam and are called Delight.

Ribbons, Bows and Sweet Baby Toes!

Time to come back to reality today!

For today's card, I got inspiration on Instagram from @robinsnestscrap. Go check her out on Instagram!

Or you can check out here blog, HERE. She made a layout using crepe paper for the background which she sewed on.

This is a Delight from American Crafts.

I used some white and yellow 1/2 pearls from Queen & Company.

Welcome to the world little one!

I found this Happy Birthday card on Pinterest.. there's no watermark and it doesn't go to a site, so I'm not positive on who made the original.

I made it a baby card and used Bo Bunny, Basic Grey, Crate, and The Girls Paperie!

July Card Challenge - last 2!

I didn't get all 8 cards down for the July Card Challenge this month! Ohh well!

This is my last card, which is for the Product category, which was to use rhinestones.

This is a lift of ~{Puppet}~'s "Card Set" on Scrapbook.com. You can see it, HERE.

I used Basic Grey, Bo Bunny, Stampin' Up and Crate Paper on this card. The rhinestones are from Queen & Company.

This card is for the July Card Challenge for Lift.

The winner of last month's lift chose Carmen C-Henriquez's Happy Birthday card, which you can see, HERE.

I used Basic Grey's "Sweet Threads" line and Crate Paper's "Paper Hearts" line for this one.

The pearls are "Sunshine" from Queen & Company.

Preemie

Happy National Scrapbooking Day!

I lifted a layout that was on Elle's Studio's facebook wall, but I can't find it now! So, just know this was a lift!!

This is a picture of my niece, Kalleigh, the day after she was born. She was only 5 pounds when she was born.. she was teeny tiny!

I used Pebbles Inc. Definition Cardstock stickers and American Crafts Giggle Thickers.

Journaling: We were all so excited to meet you Kalleigh! Or as your big sister says, Cowwie! You were so teeny tiny when you were born, a whole 5 pounds, 2 ounces! In the photo, the bottom of the dollar shows where your piggies are. But after 3 months, your nickname was pudge! Mommy always tells you to put some butter on those rolls!

This paper was hard to cut out, but I really like how it turned out! I lifted a few of the diamonds with pop dots.

How cute is that XS sticker? They're by Creative Imaginations and I got 2 sheets of them, so you'll be seeing them more, promise!

Kalleigh Ann at 6 months

For this layout, I used Sketch #48 at 52 Sketches.. 52 Weeks. The blog is no longer active, but all their sketches are still available to view and use! And trust me, there's lots of good ones!

This is also for ScrapFIT #67, to decorate with doilies!

I recently just bought a bag of about 300 doilies at a garage sale, so I was all about this!

I really don't know how I lived without machine sewing on projects! I told my sister that she is never getting her machine back!! =]

I found this chipboard at Big Lots. It's Basic Grey's Euphoria Line. An old line, but a pretty one!

I inked the doilies lightly with pink ink.

I finished the stem off with a little Twisted Lime Baker's Twine from Trendy Twine!

Baby Girl Card

I made this card for City Crafter Challenge Blog #50, where you have to incorporate babies, buttons and bows.

I will be becoming an Auntie again in July, so I was all for it! They find out what they're having on the 28th, and my sister will where either a pink or blue shirt on the 29th. I made my card a baby girl card... wishful thinking!

I used this cute baby banner from Basic Grey. I cut out the triangles instead of using the whole stamp because I wanted to handstich the top part of the banner.
